Do I need to send out Save the Date Cards?

It's not essential, but we would recommend sending Save the Date Cards if your wedding falls at height of the holiday season, if you are getting married abroad or if you have guests that will have to travel from overseas. Save the Date Cards should be sent 9 to 12 months prior to your wedding.

How long before my wedding should I start to organise my stationery?

We recommend booking a consultation with us a least 5 to 6 months prior to your wedding and confirming your order 4 months before. This will allow you to send your invitations out 8 to 12 weeks before your wedding date.

Can I order samples?

Yes, we can send you samples for a standard charge of £5.00 per sample plus postage and packaging which will be deducted from your bill if you place an order with us.

Will I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a non refundable £100 deposit is required which will be deducted from your final payment. All invitations remain the property of Crystal Fizz until full payment has been received. Deposits will only be refunded if your stationery is deemed faulty or does not meet specifications. Please see our terms and conditions.

How do I book a consultation?

How long will it take for me to receive my stationery?

We recommend that you confirm your order with us 4 months prior to your wedding to allow us to order necessary materials. However we will accept late bookings where possible.

Are envelopes provided with the invitations?

Yes, all invitations come with envelopes. In some cases, due to the delicacy of design, invitations are boxed with an overlay mailer for posting.

Can my invitations be posted to me?

Yes, your invitations can be posted to you through a secure courier service, but will only be despatched once payment has been made in full, plus the additional cost for postage.

Can I order extra invitations if needed?

Yes, extra invitations can be ordered. These will be charged at the same rate as your original order with an additional cost for postage and packaging.
