Product Variation

All our stationery is hand-crafted so slight variations may occur as part of the crafting process.


A non refundable deposit of £100 is payable upon confirmation of your order. This will be deducted from your final bill.


Proofing is the responsibility of the client. Clients are asked to check dates, names, addresses and wording very carefully for mistakes and clearly highlight any amendments to us, as we cannot be held responsible for errors identified after the final proof has been approved.

Confirmation of Order

Customers are required to confirm all orders in writing, via e-mail or letter, before stationery can be printed.


In the event of an order being cancelled, any completed work must be paid for.


Crystal Fizz cannot be held responsible for obtaining copyrights for the use of hymns and poems etc. This is the responsibility of the client.

Price Increases

Prices may change without prior notice. This will not affect any orders that have been secured by a deposit prior to the price change.


Orders will be posted via special delivery, which requires a signature to confirm receipt, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Crystal Fizz is unable to accept responsibility for items once they have left our possession.
